Is Home Staging® really too expensive?

Barb Schwarz, Creator of Home Staging®, says it herself:  The investment in Home Staging® will always be less than your first price reduction if your property doesn’t sell on the market.  What do you have to say about that?

We have to see Home Staging® as an investment, not as an expense.  When we say investment, we think return on staging® investment, meaning that we will be rewarded because of that investment.  When we say expense, we think about something we lost and that we cannot get back.  That is why Staging is definitely an investment.

We get 2 rewards:  the property sells fast and the property sells at the best price.

It is proved that a Staged® property sells about 4 to 5 times faster than a non-Staged®  property.

Selling fast takes away your financial concerns (mortgage, electricity, upkeep of house) and the stress related to the visits.  You can finally pack your things and move on.  You can concentrate on your future.

So, when you think that Staging®, think about how well you will feel when you reach all your selling objectives.  And yes, it will cost less than you think.

Le Home Staging coûte-t-il vraiment trop cher? Is smiling, listening and being nice good for business?
